Zakat al-Fitr
Zakat al-fitr is an obligation at the end of Ramadan
A father pays for his children (except adult males)
A husband says for his wife
It is a sa' of food (about 2 kilos)
It is paid in food (usually grains, like rice)
It should be paid before the 'Eid prayer
It is given to poor Muslims
If unpaid before the prayer, it is still owed until it is paid
